Care is optional, month-to-month support that starts once the setup fee and website-build balance are paid, after the 12-month build year. It covers hosting, SSL, backups, security and software updates, support, and plan-based small edits.
After month 12, you can continue on the lower Care rate, cancel anytime and keep the site you own, or request a compatible handover if you move providers.
